Everything that we do is customized and the price is determined by the type of flower, quantity and seasonal availability. Each and every wedding is unique. I work with each client on an individual basis to design a wedding look that will best fit not only your event budget but personal style as well. Pricing is based on the quality and quantity of flowers, supplies, labor, setup, complexity, distance and time of year. We offer two design services, Lush Luxe, and Studio Lush.

 

  • Studio Lush is limited design service for set priced personal flowers, ceremony and reception arrangements. 

 

  • Lush Luxe is a custom creative design service. Lush Luxe, full-service weddings begin at $2,500 (not including tax, design, delivery, and set-up/breakdown) 

   

  • Venue Flip - If flowers or decor required to be repurposed or ceremony space is the same as the reception space and needs to be flipped during cocktail hour, pricing is per hour due to the staffing that needs to be on-site.

Process

Lush Floral & Event Stylists is a bespoke design and event management studio that offers full-service production in wedding design, floral design, event management and rentals for every occasion. We are more than just a service you hire or a company of designers, we pride ourselves on building the necessary relationship to ensure we understand our client's hearts, desires, and vision. Above all else, first and foremost, this is a relationship to guarantee that our style is a good overall match for you in order to bring your event vision to life. We create lush designs that form cohesive event atmospheres and multifaceted sensory experiences using floral design, in-house event rentals, event management, day-of coordination, custom decor, floor planning, lighting plus everything in between. All of which uses the senses of sight, taste, sound, and touch to create an event that is uniquely you. We believe in taking the details of your love story, highlighting them and putting them on display.

 

Our process is simple but effective and begins with an inquiry followed by a detailed questionnaire. After the questionnaire, we schedule a consultation to discuss the details of your love story and brainstorm on how best to display it on your wedding day. We design a custom inspiration board to laying out the beginning foundation of your personal style and the feel you want to convey on your special day. From that inspiration, we gather linens, rentals, stationery, all that you would need; add in our lush floral elements and bring to life an exquisite event that is uniquely you and a living work of art that tells your love story beautifully. 

 

Whether on the beach in Hilton Head Island, a ballroom in historic downtown Charleston, private rental on Folly Beach, a family farm in Beaufort, romantic park in Savannah, a grand affair in Atlanta or 4-day celebration in a Caribbean destination wedding abroad; our weddings reflect the lifestyles and personalities of each unique couple. We work closely with our brides and grooms to create unforgettable moments, not only for the couple but also for their family and friends. We bring in special elements of your love story combine them with our skill of telling beautiful stories through design and utilizing creative elements to leave a lasting impression. We are located in the South Carolina Lowcountry, but will happily plan weddings and events anywhere in the world.

Do you only specialize in weddings?

We cater to all floral, decor and event needs even corporate and social affairs. All of our services are custom created so contact us with any questions you may have. 

 

How soon should I schedule my appointment?

Schedule your complimentary appointment between a year to six weeks before your event date.

 

What is a realistic floral design budget?

A minimum of 10% of your total budget is a realistic amount for floral expenses.  Example: Total Wedding Budget $40,000 would be $4,000 floral budget. This estimate does not include rentals and accessories. If you are looking for very lush, elaborate florals like the extravagant arrangements you see featured online, it's more realistic to plan closer to 20% of your overall wedding budget on florals.

 

What are your prices?

Are we going to be able to afford this?

Absolutely!! We design events with your needs and budget in my mind. 

I only need bridal party flowers, can I hire you for just this?

You may order just personal flowers through Studio Lush.

If you want specific and custom bouquets, we provide full-production services only. In order to keep a consistent, blended look, we request that we design and produce your entire event space which includes: all florals (bridal party, ceremony, reception), linens, rentals, and aesthetic decor. 

Do you have a minimum budget to secure your services?

Yes. We believe in designing a complete design from beginning to end so we request the honor of providing full production for your special day. We have a $2,500 minimum for a full production wedding, which includes design, labor, ceremony and reception set-up, and removal of flowers* and rental items following the event. *We offer wedding flower gifting service where we remove flowers after your wedding and gift them to pre-selected hospitals and nursing homes in your name. 

We also offer limited services in our Studio Lush division. The weddings are designed with the same skill and given the same attention to detail as the full production wedding but we do offer services for budgets under our minimum with limited choices. The limited-service was created for the budget-conscious bride that wants great style and beautiful wedding flowers but at affordable pricing. Is a deposit required?

Yes. The non-refundable deposit to hold your date is $400.00 dollars. The remaining balance will be listed in a pricing schedule on your contract. The $400.00 guarantees your date and pricing (excluding any changes). Your date will not be held without a deposit. After the initial consultation, your date will tentatively be held for 7 days without a deposit. We accept cash, checks and credit cards for deposits. Changes can be made up until 14 days prior to the event date. Any details or changes in question must be in writing and may change the original floral total.    

 

Do you have any payment plans?

Yes, payments can be established either monthly or whichever way works best for you. All details and payments must be finalized no later than 2 weeks (14 days before your event). A non-refundable $400 deposit is required to secure your event date and begin the process of production.  

Do you offer any packages?

Yes. We offer packages through Studio Lush our limited design division. We specialize in custom designs but offer exceptional designs for the budget-conscious client. At Lush Floral & Event Stylists, we specialize in meeting the needs of every bride at every price point. We have two divisions within our company specifically just for weddings: Studio Lush and Lush Luxe. Please contact us directly for pricing.

What should I do to prepare for my consultation?

Collect all the ideas that fit your vision of your perfect day.  At the time of consultation, please have the following details ready:
